"Be Careful If You Might Need an Exchange"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering: trying to exchange my item was way more stressful than it should’ve been. The instructions weren’t clear at all, and I had to keep following up just to get a response. When they finally did reply, it sounded like a copy-and-paste message and didn’t actually answer my questions. It took forever just to do a simple size swap. I won’t be ordering again if this is how exchanges work.

"I picked up this hoodie and after wearing..."
I picked up this hoodie and after wearing it a handful of times, the stitching around the pocket was already starting to loosen. The fabric itself feels fine, but it just doesn’t seem like it’s going to hold up. For what I paid, I was expecting better, not having that look worn out after like a week

"Canceling was a hassle"
Tried to cancel shortly after ordering, and it turned into a whole mess. No obvious cancel button, had to email, then wait with barely any updates. By the time they replied, it felt like they'd already decided it was too late. Customer service gave basic responses too. Super annoying. If canceling is this hard, I wouldn’t order again

"Shipping took way too long"
The item itself might be perfectly fine, and it’s not even about that. The real issue was the delivery taking way longer than expected, with barely any updates while I was waiting. By the time it finally showed up, the whole experience already felt frustrating. For me, the shipping delay alone made it a bad experience.

"Felt cheaper than expected"
I was disappointed when this arrived because the material just felt cheap right away. It doesn’t feel like something that will hold up well, i didn’t even feel like dealing with customer service because I never really trust them to make things easy. Overall, not what I was hoping for.

"Did anyone else have a bad delivery experience?"
I ordered from trapstarlondon and the delivery was really disappointing. I barely got any proper updates, the tracking hardly moved for ages, and it ended up arriving way later than they originally said. Customer service wasn’t much help either, just the usual basic replies. It’s frustrating when you’ve paid and then have to keep chasing for information. Not sure if this is normal for them or if I just got unlucky, but I don’t think I’d order again.

"International shipping was a hassle"
I ordered from trapstarlondon.com and, umm, the international shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, it took way longer than I expected, and I kept having to check for updates myself. Customer service was slow to reply too, and when they did, it didn’t really help much. By the time my order finally arrived, I was already annoyed. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, I’m not sure it’s worth the stress

"Was it just me, or was the site really slow?"
The pages were loading slowly for me, and checkout kept glitching. I had to refresh way more times than expected just to get through it. Not sure if anyone else had the same issue, but it was definitely frustrating.

"Sizes Sell Out Way Too Fast"
Every time I try to order something, my size is either already gone or it shows as sold out right after I add it to my cart. It’s ridiculous and such a waste of time.

"Returns were a hassle"
Returning my order was such a pain. The instructions weren’t clear at all, and once I’d paid, it felt like they suddenly stopped caring. I had to keep chasing them just to get a proper update on what was happening with my refund, and replies took ages. For the price of the clothes, I really expected the returns process to be much smoother. I don’t think I’ll order again unless they seriously improve this.

"Not really sure this site is legit"
I was thinking about ordering from trapstarlondon.com, but something about it just didn’t feel right. I couldn’t really tell if it was the actual official site or one of those lookalike ones, and there wasn’t enough clear info to make me feel comfortable. Maybe it’s fine and other people have had no issues, but for me this felt a bit risky, so I ended up backing out. I’d rather just buy from a place I know is legit

"Really frustrating customer service"
I had an issue with my order, trying to get it sorted out was sorta a nightmare. I messaged them a few times, but the replies were slow, and it didn’t really feel like anyone was actually reading what I was saying. I kept getting vague answers, but nothing was ever fixed. For the price, I expected much better customer service. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Photos are misleading"
I’m disappointed. The item looked way nicer in the photos than it does in person. The colours are off, and the fit/details don’t really match what was shown at all. It kind of feels like the pictures made it look much more premium than it actually is. I also couldn’t help feeling a bit suspicious about what I actually paid for, like maybe there are hidden costs built in somewhere because the quality just doesn’t line up with the price. I wouldn’t have ordered it if the photos had been more honest.

"The limited drop was honestly a disaster"
I waited around for the drop and was ready right when it went live, but the whole thing was a mess. The site started lagging, and by the time I actually got to checkout, my cart had emptied.
